C-) Out of Scope We do not guarantee the traffic or anything related to the traffic in this specific development project unless you get our extra services on "Online Marketing." The website framework is supporting a very sophisticated SEO options and it is very SEO friendly. However, we do not give any Search Engine Optimization services unless the Client buys our extra service. Our website framework has the capability to integrate with 3rd party software such as "CRM" or "Marketing Automation Software" Client may need to integrate our website system with other 3rd party software to manage his/her business. Future costs which may arise for the integration needs with 3rd party software are on the Client's responsibility and account. Our Company will implement (if needed) the 3rd party software working inside the Russian Federation. However, future problems that may arise (such as 3rd party software owners implementing sanctions on the Russian Federation) are not our Company's responsibility. D-) Assumptions  The Client will provide the required information about their business in order for SWORD BROS. to prepare the project. All information, complaints, and requests related to the Client's project are delivered in written by email to [email protected] otherwise we do not accept any responsibility for this particular issue. Client accepts they have responsibility for the approval procedure and agrees to follow the approval timeline when the project begins. The client may ask for approval time extensions, this time may not exceed 2 working days otherwise the extra time cost will be on Clients account. The cost of extra time is calculated on SWORD BROS.'s daily development rates and invoiced to the client. If the approval time and extention time are both exceeded, SWORD BROS. assumes the project is accepted with the Client. The Client's business information related to this project is secure with an NDA for two years beginning with this "Scope of Work" signed. The Client will provide any update on all the necessary data which is related to this project otherwise SWORD BROS. is not being held responsible for the future problems that may arise. The Client will make available key personnel as mutually agreed for meetings, planning sessions, interviews, and critical discussions. The Client will be responsible for providing all copywriting and images required for the development of the project. SWORD BROS. can not be held responsible for any copyrighting lawsuits that may arise in the future.
